vI would like to testify to Justin's follow up work. Went down to his workshop once to look for rims for my new ride... He was busy (as usual) but tried to help me (along with Mum activation!).

Though I couldn't find anything I like that day, he promised to follow up with me. and he did 3x, though i couldn't answer the phone. And when i did go down to his workshop again, he immediately served me with the specs that I requested.

In addition, he was also very patient to my fickle mind about changing rim and switching rubber.

All in all, Justin has been trying and I really appreciate his work!

When is my replacement rim gonna arrive at your shop?
Having to wait for 2 months for a replacement is no joke.

This long wait is not good for the reputation of your supplier and neither is it good for customer service too. :D

Please let me know how long more must I wait for a replacement rim. I really can't possibly keep running around with a wrapped rim that originates from the supplier.

A suggestion : maybe you exchange the rim with a good one from your stock, then your shop claim from the supplier, rather than asking the customer to keep waiting for a supplier that doesn't seem willing to commit. In such a way, you'll have a happy customer than one who is getting more and more fed-up as each day goes by . . .

Just want to add my experience with Justin from Poh Heng. You'd think that for a shop as popular as Poh Heng, with long queues of cars waiting to change rims, you'd probably get won't get much service since you're just one in dunno how many hundred customers.
Not so with Justin. It's amazing how this guy has remained the same over the months even though business has really taken off. I've been following the thread on PH for over half a year before finally deciding to change my rims. And I must say, the service is really still as good as what the bros here been saying since day one. Way to go, Justin! Best part? PH is open 7 days a week. :eek: How this guy handles it, I really dunno. He's a human dynamo. From start to finish when I was at PH changing my rims, he was busy serving customers like myself, patiently answering queries, taking out rim after rim to let us compare. All the time with super customer service!

If supplier willing to foot the bill to repair, I don't mind repairing it.

If I have to foot the bill, I don't think any customer would be willing to do so.
Why would the customer be penalised further for the lack of QC of the supplier?

Anyway, your sales side cannot commit a date and I really wonder how much longer must I wait for a replacement . . . sigh!

Hi Guys! I finally got my new integra gsr! I took it for a drive and realised that i couldn't do a u-turn and the steering wheel feels very heavy. And i was driving with everything stock from KM. :(

i'm here...wanna thank Justin, his mum and gang for a job well done. Called Justin this morning and informed i'm going down to take a look. He was very polite and warming even over the phone. Had ended my work earli around 6...went down and before i even reach there...his mum was waiting despite the crowd...when i reach..his mum immediate ask if i'm lookin for justin and guided me to park my car.
Forwarding to that met Justin and was shown to the load of rimms for me to choose from...his mum was very friendly, askin of wat i'm lookin for, size etc...den saw that i was part tired...tok to me a while and offered me drinks together with a few i was together with.
After choosing for almost an hr...had my pick and intro by Justin, he initated to call and check to see if they had what i wanted as i wan a 15". Told him i got to go...be back later...he had everything prepared.
Went back to his shop ard 7+ and he actually informed me that today hard to do as he had another few cars plus stock not in...i informed him as well that i can't make it for tomorrow as he had asked. Immediately he call and arrange to personnally go dwn pick up the rimms for me but i had to wait an hr. Told him no problem. Went for dinner, came back ard 9.40. He had all ready together with his men and vola...within less den 15 mins...his guys had changed everything and done up for me. Well done Justin. Sorry to have taken up so much of your time and making u close shop only at almost 10pm. Btw..his shop was the only one still open!!! I was your last and satisfactory customer, both with your service and price. Haha~ Keep up the gd work.

Thanks to Justin, I have a set of ultra-quiet, ultra comfort and yet ultra performance tyres. The Yokohama AVS dB V550 205/50/R17s W-rated, fresh from the factory stamped "2206". Excellent quietness, excellent grip, excellent comfort.
These tyres may be a little pricey...and Treadwear Indicator(TI) may be only 220 compared to other brands which may have a higher TI, but I simply love these tyres' quietness, performance and comfort.
Very busy guy, but overall good service as per my previous rides that I changed tyres with him.

I will like give my compliment to all the staffs at Poh Heng, they are really service oriented. The price I was offered for magline 8 was unbeatable! Also the traded in price of my old rims are fantastic!
For those who are impatient, go to Poh Heng on weekdays. Their business is really good on the Friday to Sunday!

I think you should confirm the pricing before you quote. GTC01 may not be 300ea.

The last time you quoted the ES Tarmac pricing was also 300ea but was off. When I agreed with the higher price 450, you said the dealer won't bring in. Similarly, I heard you quoted new RC5 (though old model) very low but in actuality it is not. RC5 used to be one of higher priced models because they were used in JGTC cars.

Even YHI can't bring in certain models because they are sold under enkei pro shops. The GTC01 could be one of these models.

As usual, he's very friendly and patient (and likeable), despite me hounding him for over a (3-4times a day) week for Eagle F1 tyres.. in the end, i settled for BF Goodrich G Force Sports tyres (thot i'd give him a break since he like really try very hard to get the F1s)

Collected our ride from CM yesterday, wife and I drive straight to Poh Heng. Was kinda shock to see the number of cars waiting there to change rims/tyres.
SOP followed. Served countless of packet drinks, it was HOT yesterday. Justin's mom kept entertaining my wife.
To cut the story short, changed our rims by trade in stock rims, with a very good price. Wife love the new rims.
Ride little bumpy but looks good. Guess comfort and looks can't really go together :mrgreen:

I would like to commend Justin for his sales effort and service.
I bought my rims from him, and being such a JACKASS customer, I took weeks to decide.
Each upon arriving his shop, I made him took out the rims time and time again, like a girl that shuffle in and out the changing room, trying on clothes, but don't know what to buy.
And to make worse for him, I insist on those tires that I want as I'm dissatisfied with the tires that he recommended.
He took trouble to order them and got it fixed on my ride. All in all, I visited him more than 4 times, perstering him till no end.

Hey guys, I just a superb buying experience @ poh heng today.
After I collected my ride, I drove straight to justin's shop to trade-in my rims for a new set. As usual, it took me a while to decide what I want... and justin's dad and his hardworking workers made things easier by bringing different rims to try on my ride... it was a lot of hassle but they did it professionally without hurrying me etc. That was really nice of them and I eventually settled for a nice set of 15".
The service was top notch I must say... I'm sure you'll be satisfied if you do consider changing your rims there. And the price he quoted was very very competitive... in fact, one of the best in the market I think.
So thanks justin... you just made my day. Btw, the mugen rims look pretty nice eh? I'm beginning to really like them a lot.

Upon collection of my Blue Pica today,I drove to POH HENG to change my rims & tyres.Uncle is very friendly and very service oriented.I was very picky on the offset/PCD for my pica but Uncle & his workers were very patient with me & tried a few rims & diff tyre.
Eventually,due to my ride weird mudguard area, I just settle for Falken Zeix 185/55 with 14" black Metal rims.The workers were very nice & drinks were free flow.The workers are very professional & took less than 30mins for aligment & tyre fitting for all 4 side.Kudos!!
Highly recommended for everyone to go POH HENG!!

I will like give my compliment to all the staffs at Poh Heng, they are really service oriented. The price I was offered for magline 8 was unbeatable! Also the traded in price of my old rims are fantastic!
For those who are impatient, go to Poh Heng on weekdays. Their business is really good on the Friday to Sunday!

Best place to grab for rim & tires. Didn't manage to get my spoon rim but finalise on a TR emotion rim instead. Justin specially book and grab the TOYO TR1 195/50/R15 tire for me and specially install all the TR emotion rim and the TOYO TR1 tire together b4 I collect it.
The best place you can find for the rim and tire. Ask for more drinks and auntie mum will happily hand you a nice cold F&N water or just a bottle of mineral water.
No regret visiting the place. See it, Feel it, Weight it & Like it.

Hey guys, I just a superb buying experience @ poh heng today.
After I collected my ride, I drove straight to justin's shop to trade-in my rims for a new set. As usual, it took me a while to decide what I want... and justin's dad and his hardworking workers made things easier by bringing different rims to try on my ride... it was a lot of hassle but they did it professionally without hurrying me etc. That was really nice of them and I eventually settled for a nice set of 15".
The service was top notch I must say... I'm sure you'll be satisfied if you do consider changing your rims there. And the price he quoted was very very competitive... in fact, one of the best in the market I think.
So thanks justin... you just made my day. Btw, the mugen rims look pretty nice eh? I'm beginning to really like them a lot.

Agree that the turning radius is not that good. Its also worse than my previous lancer. hmm.. Guess time is needed to get used to it. But its still a great car!!

just got my rim and tyre installed from his shop last monday.
what i can say its the best service i ever had so far.
the story begain....
i installed my new rim & tyre last monday and at the same time trade in my rim and tyre to him.
after i went home then i realise that there is some error on the the price i paid for my new rim and tyre. then i imeediately sms inform him. after few sms with him he manage sattle for me with the best arrangement (i very happy with it).
overall i feel he is very responsible and care to his customer. i will go back to his shop again if i have to replace tyre or upgrade bigger rim :badgrin:
PS: i change my rim to ultralight 16' rim overall i feel that my ride is more powerfull and more balance when cornering hehe.

Hehehe Thomas I went yesterday down to give Justin support liao.
Must say he and his workshop helpers all very helpful. I itchy backside chose to go down while it was raining, but they also went out in the rain to show me the rims against my car to see which one suited my ride better.

Outstanding stability and durability at high speed

Just wanted to share my experience with Justin. He is really a very helpful and honest guy. I am one guy with a different taste. I know I definitely want a GR80 tyre. I am spoilt with choices of the rims PH has, though I find most of them too common. But Justin is really understanding and patience enough to narrow down and go through with me my preferred rims. Under recommendation from Justin, finally I got my special Kyowa rims with GR80 tyres. It is really very nice and matching to my rides. It makes my ride one of it's rare kind After negotiation, Justin quote me a price within my budget and is really cheap =D>
Today took my ride for a trial on CTE and PIE with soft music. GR80 is really quieter than the stock tyre. I can execute cornering with much confidence. With bigger rims, going over humps become much comfortable. The overall experience is SHIOK! The only set back is I have to rev harder to have the pick up speed I used to have.
Good work, Justin! I will sure get rims and tyres from you again in the future. But you know won't be so fast as I will fully utilise the full life span of the tyres I will let my colleagues and clients know my very CHIO rims and tyres are bought from Poh Heng \/
